Meet Our Founders
Adam Banks
Adam has more than 20years experience in technology design, and 15years in and around UX. He designed, built, and managed all of Google’s infrastructure for User Research globally – labs, design centers, software and hardware.
His early career was in theatre, then audio-visual and technology design, before moving into User Experience in 2010. After 10 years at Google, he left in 2016 to set up his own UX agency specialising in technology for Research and Design teams.
He successfully ran that agency for 8 years, before selling it in 2024 and leaving to found Easy User Lab. He now does in software what was previously only possible in hardware.
Levi Hinz
He has led large-scale projects across diverse industries, mentoring teams and optimising development environments with tools like Azure DevOps, Docker, and AWS.
With a background in Java, SQL, and extensive experience with IBM Maximo, he is passionate about building innovative, scalable solutions for businesses.
